Our Mission & Vision
A. Helping people belonging to the farmer,agriculturist, cultivator and labor class.
B. Helping the Protesting farmers to break the stalemate on the three new agri laws, as they want a complete withdrawal of the legislations.
C. Helping the farmers and to work towards the benefits of the Labor Class of India.
D. To find out the actual problems faced by the farmer-laborers and the areas where additional support can be provided to them.
E. To help the farmers laborers in any manner, in different parts of our country by formulate the core team for several jobs, whether it is agricultural cultivation work, construction work, daily jobs or simple conveyance jobs, as the labor class is the backbone of our nation.
F. Helping children of the labor class to acquire education, food and nutrition
G. Helping women laborers to gain sufficient amount of food and nutrition for survival
H. Helping girl child to gain independence, knowledge and ability to stand on their own feet
I. In case a laborer gets injured in an accident or gets infected from a disease, the trust helps in giving sufficient amount of support to the family members in terms of food and shelter
J. Helps the labor people to get insurances through the trust
K. Helps the laborers in getting their girl child married and settle down
L. Laborers that are above 60 years of age are given provisions of pensions to support themselves and their family members
M. Majority of the laborers are poor and due to their ignorance of the BPL scheme; they are unable to lift the benefits from the same. So, the trust helps them to register for federal and state-based help schemes and gain monetary benefits
N. Organization of frequent gatherings to share knowledge, information and insight into the rights and duties of laborers of our country
O. Helping laborers to acquire fruits and vegetables at affordable prices and also Assinsting laborers in getting tools at a cheaper price than the market rates
P. Spreading awareness among laborers about life-threatening diseases like AIDS etc.
Q. Sharing insight on the best practices of environment protection and sustainability
R. Helping the children of laborers to gain knowledge about music, business conduct, scinece, techonology, languages(Urdu,Hindi,English etc.), computing and other areas of specialization.
S. The trust does not demand any kind of monetary or financial contribution from the laborers for the varied services it offers for the welfare of the society.
T. To grant donations to any person or institution devoted to public or for charitable purposes, co-operate and assist(Including founding) any institution,individual or a group of individuals with like-minded aims and objectives.
U. To lawfully acquire by purchase, gift or otherwise any movable or immovable property/properties for the purpose of the Trust and/or to invest the Trust funds in Bank deposits or other lawfully permitted securities.
V. To sell, lease or otherwise transfer any of the properties whether movable or immovable of the Trust, which are not of any immediate requirement for the Trust and utilize the proceeds for the purposes of the Trust after taking necessary approvals as may be required under the law.
W. To accept donations or endowments either as Corpus of the Trust or other general purpose and to carry on any lawful activity for raising funds for the purpose of the Trust.
X. To appoint or employ any person or persons or other agency to carry on the objects of the Trust and to suspend, dismiss or take other disciplinary action aganist any of them.
Y. To organise Job fairs to give plate-form to the unemployed youth for their employment as per their qualificatiions by contacting the needy companies.
Z. To expend lawfully any money belonging to the Trust for the purpose of the Trust.
